Before we plan our daily activities, it is imperative to understand Human’s Body Clock. Human’s Body clock is normal timepiece for human beings. We people are influenced by several factors regarding the environment. The most amazing fact about human’s cell is that it knows what time it is. It seems crazy and strange but it is well known fact that human beings posses a biological clock.

·         It is more often of an accident to occur during late night or early morning.

·         The fever is at its highest during the late afternoon which is a well known fact

These are some of the facts that make us believe that the Biological clock exists which is also scientifically considered. Here are some important findings from the biological clock-

However it is not necessary that every person should have same biological clock. Some people are found to be of evening nature and some of morning nature. Evening-people probably have a longer period in their circadian rhythm, so that they are not yet sleepy in the evening, when it is time to go sleep. The biological clock even changes or become less potent with age. Elder peoples often sleep less, have trouble falling asleep, wake up more often can be explained by the fact that their biological clock is no longer functioning well

A NEW CLASS OF COMPUTER- QUANTUM COMPUTER

The basic building blocks of quantum computers are quantum bits, or “qubits.” Unlike today’s digital computers, which process information in a binary fashion based on logic states of “on” and “off,” a qubit can for brief periods represent multiple states simultaneously. A qubit has some similarities to a classical bit, but is overall very different. Like a bit, a qubit can have two possible values—normally a 0 or a 1. The difference is that whereas a bit must be either 0 or 1, a qubit can be 0, 1, or a superposition of both.

According to scientists the quantum computers are supposed to emerge during this decade. The successful construction of one of the basic building block of modern quantum computing is to prove how soon they are going to aid to the revolution of new world. Quantum computing will open new computing vistas to address a new class of problems. But there is also a belief that quantum computing will not replace the conventional computers that are now carried in the pockets of more than half the world’s population. One of the reason behind this fact is that quantum computing approaches only worked when temperature were cooled to near absolute zero.

Though there are only a handful of workable algorithms designed to run on quantum computers, scientists say their application may prove vastly more useful than today’s technology in simulating a wide variety of biological, chemical and physical systems. That means they could become the standard tool for a wide range of new industries, like drug and material design.

The quantum computing can be the much faster than the today’s computers. It is due to the fact that quantum computing will be using the algorithms like- integer factorization using Shor’s algorithm or the simulation of quantum many-body systems. Thus Quantum computing will potentially lead to a new generation of supercomputers that are not intended to replace today’s machines but will instead open new computing vistas, from drug and material to code breaking, by offering speed to address a new class of problems.

The competition to build working quantum computer is increasing internationally. The construction of qubits by Australian scientist has given a significant lead in the construction of quantum computers. “Imagine if you could start building your molecule or your material on a computer and then completely simulate its behavior.”  This is the main working motto for the construction of such quantum computers. Furthermore, the significance of the quantum computers are vast and have a great importance for creating the revolution in the world.

The nanotechnology and quantum mechanics is the today’s most leading discoveries having a infinite number of applications. Nanotechnology along with quantum mechanics will lead the new generation. The nanotechnology has also shown sign of creating transistors of atomic level in the future. The developments of these streams are at peak level. Development of one will lead the development of other and together will shape the new world.

Have you ever imagined that why companies don’t prefer over-qualified candidates?

If you have a plan to leave the company soon after joining, no companies will give you the job, why is it so?

The fact behind it is that- “It has been estimated that it costs 130 per cent of an employee’s salary to replace them”. So, each time someone leaves voluntarily, it costs the company money. Therefore, the main goal of the companies is to hire someone who will stick around. And logically they prefer candidates with just enough experience to get the job done. A good company doesn’t hesitate to spend if they know that their expenditure is not going to be a waste. Practically, we know that it is very tough to replace a new employer by their very well experienced employee. The company has to struggle for this. That’s why- “Precautions is better than cure.”

                One of main reason behind the discrimination of over-qualified candidates is theirs qualifications itself. It is sure that if you are more qualified you may get lot of opportunities and will not stick with a particular company for long time. The companies know it better so will keep you aside. If this is the reason behind your discrimination you need to clarify to the employee that why you will not leave the company if provided with other opportunities later. You need to be logical and open minded.

                Second reason behind the discrimination of over-qualified candidates may be the fact of budget-conscious. In order to hire an over-qualified candidate company needs to provide extra facilities and a suitable salary as well. Today, every company is looking to save a buck. They believe why over-pay when they can get it what they need for less. This is one of the reasons why most of the meritorious and high graded candidates remain jobless. You need to be flexible and be better aware about the situations.

HOW TO OVERCOME THIS TYPE OF SITUATION?

If you are not sure which are the reasons behind your disqualifications due to over-qualifications, just ask in the interview when you are told so- “what concerns you about my over-qualifications, sir?” And then reply politely why you will not ditch them for a better offer down-the-line. This will create logic to select you when you ask and listen. It will show that that how better you are listening to the employee and understanding him as well.

                It is really frustration when you are discriminated due to your experience in your subject. But if you will follow above tip you will at least have some chance to change the hiring manager’s mind. You are a job-seeker so you need to be business-of-one; you have to sell yourself to an employee. This means that you need to overcome objectives so you can get them to choose you. Use the advice above and the next time you are told you are over-qualified, you just might change hiring manager’s mind and get the job.
